Our team is dedicated to ensuring the efficient and sustainable management of water resources, and we are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Coordinator to join us in this mission.
Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Manage the full lifecycle of lift station projects, from inception to completion.
- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate project teams, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the water and wastewater industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking to expand our client base.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Technical Expertise:
- Stay uptodate with industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies in the water and wastewater sector.
- Provide technical expertise to clients, helping them select the most appropriate products and solutions to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with team to customize solutions for specific client requirements.
Customer Satisfaction:
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by delivering highquality products and services.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on system maintenance and optimization.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including contracts, reports, and project files.
- Generate regular sales and project progress reports for management review.
- Prepare and manage project budgets and financial reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Strong technical knowledge of pumps, lift stations, and related equipment.
- Demonstrated success in sales and business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet client and project requirements.
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.

Note:
This position may require occasional travel to client sites.

Pay:
$45, $60,000.00 per year
