Description

The Inside Sales Account Executive role is responsible for proactively maintaining existing client accounts and acquiring whitespace in a multi-state assigned territory for existing customers.

Additionally, the Account Executive will uncover and close sales opportunities for additional Greenway products and services. This position also contributes significantly to ensuring ongoing client satisfaction and retention.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue by meeting with existing accounts in the geography, understanding their needs, and delivering the value proposition for Greenway products and services
  • Sets account and territory plans to exceed sales quota on an annual/quarterly/monthly basis
  • Maintains high post?sales satisfaction facilitating positive long?term relationships and a high potential for repeat business with clients
  • Networks with industry influencers, professional associations, consultants, and existing clients
  • Maintains an understanding of trends/issues within the healthcare industry that affect physician practices
Skills & Requirements


Education and Experience

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Associate's or Bachelors' Degree in a related field or applicable professional experience preferred.
  • Previous sales experience is required
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • One (1) to (2) years of Sales experience is required
  • Up to 25% travel required

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required
  • Knowledge of, an interest in, current healthcare business challenges, products, and sales practices
  • Tech savvy and strong initiative to learn physician workflow and industry items that impact Greenway customers
  • The ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment is necessary
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of how to use Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Previous experience with customer relationship software (CRM) is preferred
  • Goaloriented aptitude is required
  • Strong relationship and customer service skills required
  • Previous sales, preferably in EHR or the healthcare industry

Pay:
$ $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
