    Exciting Job Opportunity at a Leading Hotel:

    • To contribute to the smooth functioning of the Sales & Catering Department.
    • Responsible for the professional coordination of assigned banquets, meetings, and receptions.
    • Prepares event documentation and collaborates with sales, hotel departments, and customers for seamless service.
    • Identifies opportunities for revenue growth through up-selling and enhancements for exceptional events.
    • Serves as a direct link between the salesperson and customer during events.
    • Proactively addresses operational challenges and finds solutions in collaboration with hotel staff and customers.
    • Manages banquet and meeting spaces for designated groups.
    • Assists in promoting the hotel, generating leads, and securing future bookings.
    • Inputs data into the system for account history reports.
    • Ensures regular attendance and compliance with work schedules.
    • Performs other job-related duties as needed.

    Requirements:
    • Proficiency in English communication.
    • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
    • Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance.
    • Team player willing to assist colleagues.
    • Effective in handling internal and external customers.
    • Basic mathematical and calculator skills.
    • Ability to communicate clearly and interact with vendors and department heads.
    • Knowledge of Hotel reservations & Sales and Catering software is a plus.
