• BRM / Infranet Client (Customer-Center): Development of Customizer tool 

The customizer tool is used to customize various features from Infranet client to make them suitable for a wide range of service providers such as ISP, DSL, VoIP, Wireless vendors.

Solution: Design using design patterns like MVC, singleton, etc.; created customizer functional and design specs; implemented using JFC-Swing; depicted design using TogetherJ; used JBuilder for implementing screens; worked on Win NT.

• BRM / Infranet Client (Customer Center): Development of Search Client and Controllers

Search is a feature in Customer Center that enable users to search through the Infranet database.

Solution: Design mainly uses Model View Controller pattern; created functional and design specs for search client; used JFC Swing, RMI, JDBC, and dynamic SQL extensively for implementation; screen layouts created in JBuilder; used Together J for design depiction.

• BRM / Infranet Client (Customer-Center): Development of Bills & Invoices Viewer 

The invoice viewer in customer center presents the invoice of a particular bill to the customer. This is invoked in a separate browser window when invoked from the customer center (java client).

Solution: Design using design patterns like MVC, singleton, etc.; created invoice viewer functional and design specs; implemented using Swing and XML; worked on Win NT.

• BRM Infranet Client (Customer Center): Development of Printing Framework API, Preview, etc.

This feature enables the printing of Customer Center documents depending on the context from the multi-document interface (MDI).

Solution: Created and implemented printing framework; prepared functional and design specs; design based on the patterns façade, MVC, singleton, etc.; used Swing api for implementing preview and print dialogs; used Together J for depiction of design.

• BRM Infranet (Webkit) - Development of Server side Controllers/Processes 

Webkit is a JSP based Infranet client tool that works online for direct customer usage. The server side controllers (servlets & session EJBs) integrate JSP pages with an intermediate business application server (BAS).

Solution: Server side; designed and implemented controllers (using MVC) to interact with JSP client in Weblogic container and Infranet DB (Oracle, DB2), Used JBuilder and Together J for UML design diagrams.

• Portal/AOL Implementation and Customization 

Implemented Portal Infranet system at America Online. Performed Customization on Client and Server Sides. Worked with the infranet database. Added client specific attributes/fields to storable classes, and developed use case implementations in the pricing center and customer center applications.
