    **Customer Experience - Remote EST**

    San Francisco / Communication Operations Comm Ops / Full-time We are excited to grow our team and bring on a highly motivated Communication Operations Associate Were a small, high-performing team developing Kytes customer and driver-partner experience. This is a central position at Kyte where we are constantly improving current processes and developing new ones in order to increase customer happiness and operational excellence.

    The role puts you on the front lines of our Communication Operations team, where you will be able to use real-time feedback from customers and driver-partners to help develop company operations and improvements in our product. If youre a hustler, keep reading.

    **About the role** - Drive customer happiness - owning the Kyte Voice through all customer and driver-partner communicationOrganize and coordinate the daily on-the-ground operations - Work cross functionally within the organization, highlighting areas of improvement, customer insights, and growth opportunities - Manage relationships with our independent driver partnersTrack and improve the failure points and gather feedback, communicate user feedback with the team, and translate that data into action - Improve existing processes and work to build new processes to keep things running smoothly

    **General Requirements** - Experience in a customer service role, preferably 2+ years - Passion for customer service, you thrive in environments where you can create a seamless customer experience - Strong and effective verbal and written communication - Must be eligible to work in the United States - Ability to work remotely **6AM - 3PM PST Friday - Tuesday** - Passion for Kyte, its role improving our access to transportation
