    Employee Experience Specialist - Remote

    What You Will Do

    :

    The process is to primarily conduct live, phone-based interviews with employees at companies all over the world.

    These interviews occur most often when employees leave ("Exit Interviews"), when they join ("New Hire"), and while they are still there ("Stay Interviews").


    As an Employee Experience Specialist, you will gain real-world experience as part of our Talent Management Consulting team to help us uncover the truth in organizations.

    You will use your listening and logic skills to capture employee insights and identify their frustrations, motivations, and interests.


    Your goal is to discover why employees join, stay andleave their organization, and in the process uncover important employee observations and organizational trends.

    The position begins immediately and work is ongoing and consistent. The ideal candidate must have regular availability during the week, but can be flexible hours of the day.

    Qualifications:

    The ideal candidate has:

    Natural curiosity

    Enthusiasm for talking with people

    A customer-service orientation

    Strong organizational skills

    A motivational and collaborative mindset

    Bi-lingual is a BIG plus (especially Spanish)

    Requirements

    Strong interest in Human Resources, OD/HR, Psychology

    Typing rate of 50 WPM or more (you can check your typing speed at )

    Excellent written English

    Clear and comfortable verbal communication
