:

Expertly managing the order to cash process to manage and translate tactical actions to strategic thinking; anticipating customer needs and providing recommendations based on order patterns.
Leveraging your strong business acumen, driving financial results for your customers; identifying opportunities for upselling and identify deviations from Customers' forecast.
Improving customer satisfaction through driving continuous improvement activities as you will be measured on customer satisfaction through Net Promoter Score.
Navigating complex ordertocash processes and managing competing priorities, assisting in strategic decision making, and continuously looking for opportunities which improve processes and policies that impact the customer experience; presenting and implementing solutions to complex customer needs.
Analyzing Supply Chain and Business Key Performance Indicators and driving improvements based on findings; sharing best practices across the organization to accelerate business growth.
Relying upon your excellent interpersonal skills, collaborating and interfacing with business partners and functional teams, and partnering with commercial teams developing an in depth understanding of the customers and their markets, by actively engaging in discussion with customers and the commercial organization; contributing to the businesses growth and profitability; proactively identifying and prioritizing opportunities, developing sustainable solutions, contributing to account plans, and championing continuous improvement and overall performance; ensuring a sustainable business continuity plan for your customers and backup team members across the Customer Experience Team.
Demonstrating your excellent organization skills, facilitating the resolution of order exceptions and issues impacting the customer's order, utilizing and/or establishing reporting processes which identify and communicate timely solutions in a professional manner with stakeholders.
Combining your ability to work independently, be a selfstarter, and lead change in a team setting and as you gather and interpret market intelligence from a customer.
Exhibiting strong time management skills, organization capabilities, adaptability with openness to change, while being a results oriented team player
Leveraging Salesforce to engage in commercial topics with key internal stakeholders.
Championing digital tools and approaches; identifying and implementing digital solutions and engaging customers promoting digital commerce tools and resources, enabling selfservice and improving customer engagement

If you

Leverage your education in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or similar related field

Possess strong business acumen, strong time management skills and organization capabilities

Possess robust knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP or other relevant Enterprise Resource Planning

Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
