As an HR professional, most recently HR Generalist at Goldfarb Properties, I leverage my 10 years of experience in various industries and my PHR and Payroll certifications to deliver operational excellence and support internal and client-facing teams. I am the main point of contact for a wide range of employee inquiries, from performance management and benefits to tech and process training and internal communications.

I am passionate about driving change and improving employee health and well-being. In my current role, I partnered with senior management to reduce overtime costs by developing high-level reporting and contributing to OT management strategy. I also worked with Ops leadership to implement and measure the adoption of a new scheduling technology that enhances efficiency and flexibility.
