    THE BUSINESS UNIT
    PSS (Productivity Solutions and Services) is a global business that provides digitally connected solutions for workers, helping clients reduce fulfillment times, enhance operational efficiency and precision, boost worker productivity, reduce shipping costs per package, and alleviate supply chain bottlenecks. PSS offers a range of mobility devices, printers, scanners, voice technology, and vision solutions supported by software and services.     As a Sales Manager for PSS Services and Honeywell EnterpriseMobility at Honeywell, you will head a team dedicated to boosting sales and revenue growth in the US&C region. Your main focus will be on advocating for and marketing PSS Services and Honeywell Enterprise Mobility solutions to clients in transportation, logistics, warehousing, and retail industries.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Formulate and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and profitability goals for PSS Services and Honeywell Enterprise Mobility solutions.

    • Guide and inspire a sales team to foster customer acquisition, retention, and expansion.

    • Discover and pursue new business opportunities, such as enhancing market share and entering new sectors.

    • Cultivate and uphold solid relationships with key clients, grasp their requirements, and offer customized solutions.

    • Collaborate with various departments, including marketing, product management, and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and propel business growth.

    YOU MUST HAVE

    • 5+ years of sales experience, particularly in the technology or software industry.

    • Demonstrated success in reaching sales targets and advancing revenue growth.

    • Effective leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and galvanize a sales team.

    • Outstanding communication and bargaining skills.

    • Familiarity with transportation, logistics, warehousing, and retail industries.

    WE VALUE

    • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

    • Background in selling services and enterprise mobility solutions.

    • Knowledge of Honeywell products and solutions.

    • Proficiency in analyzing market trends and spotting business prospects.
