    Job Summary:

    As the Territory Sales Manager for Pebble Tec, a division of Oldcastle APG, you will play a key role in supporting business lines in multiple states, ensuring existing customer satisfaction and driving new sales. You will focus on increasing Company presence in the swimming pool industry by building strong customer relationships and staying updated on industry practices.

    Responsibilities:

    • Implement proven selling strategies to expand sales coverage
    • Execute sales initiatives to meet objectives
    • Build relationships with applicators and pool builders
    • Maintain detailed contact notes in the database
    • Stay updated on industry knowledge and conduct professional presentations
    • Manage call schedule efficiently and penetrate targeted accounts
    • Generate new customer accounts through cold calling if necessary
    • Stay informed of new products, competitor activities, and market research
    • Perform other assigned duties

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Project Management
    • Demonstrated ability to close deals and meet sales quotas
    • Proficiency in software programs like MS Office and Salesforce
    • Experience in price negotiation and competitive analysis
    • Knowledge of retail and wholesale sales principles
    • Self-motivated with high energy and enthusiasm
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Willingness to travel and lift up to 50 lbs
