- Implement proven selling strategies to expand sales coverage
- Execute sales initiatives to meet objectives
- Build relationships with applicators and pool builders
- Maintain detailed contact notes in the database
- Stay updated on industry knowledge and conduct professional presentations
- Manage call schedule efficiently and penetrate targeted accounts
- Generate new customer accounts through cold calling if necessary
- Stay informed of new products, competitor activities, and market research
- Perform other assigned duties
- 5+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Project Management
- Demonstrated ability to close deals and meet sales quotas
- Proficiency in software programs like MS Office and Salesforce
- Experience in price negotiation and competitive analysis
- Knowledge of retail and wholesale sales principles
- Self-motivated with high energy and enthusiasm
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to travel and lift up to 50 lbs
