    Lead the Simplification of Vascular Closure Technology at Ensite Vascular – Join Our Core Team

    Job Overview:

    As a Sales Territory Manager for our SiteSeal Vascular Closure Device, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and increasing the adoption of SiteSeal within the medical community. Your primary responsibility will be to present and promote our product to medical professionals, fostering relationships, and achieving sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Territory Management: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales within your assigned territory, identify potential business opportunities and key stakeholders.
    • Product Presentations: Conduct on-site and virtual product demonstrations to healthcare professionals, including nurses, interventional cardiologists, and radiologists.
    • Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of the SiteSeal Vascular Closure Device, including its features, benefits, and applications, to effectively convey this knowledge during sales discussions.
    • Relationship Building: Foster and maintain relationships with existing clients while actively seeking to grow your client base.
    • Sales Metrics: Track and report on sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and adjusting strategies accordingly.
    • Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from healthcare professionals on our product and relay this information to our R&D and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
    • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor products, and advancements in vascular closure technology to continually refine your sales approach.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
    • Proven sales experience, preferably within the medical device or healthcare industry.
    • Strong knowledge of the healthcare landscape and key decision-makers.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Flexibility to travel to various healthcare facilities and conferences.
