    Description

    • Customer Care & Billing CCB, Oracle Meter Data Management MDM
    • Customer Service and billing systems

    • SDLC
    • Software development
    • Continuous Process improvement
    • Environment planning
    • Project planning within framework

    Experience

    • 7+ years of Professional Project Management experience (certification required)
    • 5+ years of managing Information Technology related projects
    • Knowledge of the utility industry or manufacturing industry.

    Education

    Bachelors degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or directly related field from an accredited university. In lieu of a degree, equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and directly related project management experience may be substitutable on a 1:1 basis

    Other:

    PMP or other project management certification (Preferred).
