We are growing and looking for reinforcements for our team at our location in Freiburg. We are currently seeking a Project and Process Management Specialist.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Analyzing, developing, and optimizing existing business processes, including recording and specifying necessary business application cases (target processes) in accounting
Gathering, evaluating, prioritizing, and describing the functional requirements of the involved departments, including documentation and review of the results
Adapting target processes within the process life cycle, implementing continuous improvement measures, and accepting implemented processes
Modeling and documenting business processes and workflows
Assisting in the creation of process manuals

Required qualifications:

Completed degree in fields such as Business Administration, (Business) Mathematics, (Business) Informatics, Economics, or a commercial apprenticeship with relevant further education
Previous experience in analyzing, modeling, and improving business processes
Project experience in financial accounting and knowledge of IT administration
Experience in presenting interfaces between business and IT processes
Ability to work discreetly and in a structured manner
Teamoriented with a strong sense of responsibility
