We manufacture displays and packaging for well-known companies in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and food industries. You have probably seen our products multiple times. Since April 2019, we have been part of the Ludo Fact group. The group employs around 900 people at six locations worldwide. We are a family-owned company and look forward to getting to know you.

Quality Assurance Team Leader (m/f/d):

You enjoy taking responsibility, as you are responsible for operational quality assurance and lead a team of -
You have everything under control: In your department, you conduct evaluations of incoming goods, in-process inspections, and final inspections.

How can we improve? Through systematic analysis and documentation of weaknesses and problems, as well as the implementation and execution of appropriate measures, you ensure the improvement of the quality of processes, systems, and products.

You develop others and can moderate: You provide your team with the necessary tools and train them in problem-solving methods. You take on the role of moderator in problem-solving teams, quality circles, and regular meetings with production departments.

You are familiar with operational QM methods: You implement and conduct operational QM methods such as PFMEA.
