Description
Responsibilities
- Coordinating project processes based on self-created and maintained schedules
- Planning and coordinating work packages with project team and external service providers
- Managing project execution and working closely with all project stakeholders
- Continuously improving and developing project management tools, reporting, quality management, and document management
- Supporting reporting for the project steering committee (PSC) and change management, as well as creating management reports and contributing to overall project reports
- Responsible for preparing and moderating project management workshops and other project meetings
- Actively contributing to a safe working environment for oneself, colleagues, and external contractors
Qualifications
- Successfully completed university degree in business, engineering, or a related field
- Professional experience in large projects and project-related work processes, ideally in project management for major infrastructure projects in the energy industry
- Excellent knowledge of project management (methods and scheduling with MS Project), project management certification (e.g. IPMA Level D) is a plus
- Good English skills (at least B1 level) and fluent German skills required
