Description

These are your responsibilities:

  • Technical planning of renovation and new projects, including cost and resource planning for projects in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Saxony-Anhalt, and Brandenburg
  • Operational planning and management of projects
  • Independent supervision and documentation of construction projects from planning and approval to implementation and commissioning
  • Responsibility for achieving project goals in terms of quality, deadlines, costs, and corporate objectives
  • Preparation and execution of construction projects according to VOB (German construction contract procedures)
  • Invoicing, invoice verification, and documentation according to VOB or approval requirements
  • Contact person for planning offices, experts, and authorities
  • Creating comprehensive documentation and adhering to existing filing systems

Requirements:
years of professional experience, including large-scale projects

  • Successfully completed technical studies in construction, plant engineering, process engineering, or industrial engineering
  • Experience as a technical construction or project manager in the field of biogas plants or renewable energies
  • Knowledge of construction and environmental law, contract law, and VOB
  • Professional appearance and proven negotiation skills
  • Resilience and initiative
  • Leadership skills
  • Proficient in using PC and MS Office
  • Driver's license class B and willingness to travel
