Responsibilities:

  • Manage and carry out daily farming operations, including seedling production, plant health monitoring, and harvesting.
  • Conduct ongoing research and testing to optimize plant combinations for maximum yield, quality, and efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to develop and improve new farming solutions.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in agronomy, botany, horticulture, or a related field.
  • Experience or strong interest in vertical farming.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proactive problemsolving and innovative mindset.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
  • Class B driver's license preferred.
