Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Project Manager to join our team. Our scope of work is flooring, cabinets and countertops and work within multi-family. We are looking for a person who can rapidly be promoted in our company.

Duties:

Assist in project planning, scheduling, and implementation
Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project success
Utilize construction management software such as Primavera, Prolog, and HeavyBid for project tracking and reporting
Read and interpret blueprints to support project build activities
Support the Project Manager in all aspects of project delivery
Maintain accurate project documentation and records

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
Proficiency in construction management software including Primavera, Prolog, and HeavyBid
Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines
Knowledge of blueprint reading and construction processes
Ability to coordinate multiple aspects of a project simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration
Previous experience in a construction management role is required

Salary $55,000 - $65,000
