With over 500 employees at 5 locations, they offer their clients (e.g. network operators and energy suppliers) innovative and forward-looking solutions.


On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Project Manager - Full Expansion N4 Fiber Optic (m/f/d) for direct placement to strengthen their team.


Your tasks:


  • Main contact for the telecommunications partner in the field of fiber optics
  • Building and shaping new projects
  • Ensuring smooth daytoday operations and monitoring processes
  • Creating plans and implementing measures to achieve KPI goals
  • Technical control and organization of an efficient shift and personnel deployment
  • Budget monitoring of costs and implementation of calculations
  • Communication with departments and subcontractors regarding ongoing processes
  • Participation in projects and responsible management of them

Your qualifications:


  • Completed training in the telecommunications sector or a degree in civil engineering, electronics, or information technology, or several years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally in the fiber optics sector
  • Experience in planning and implementing infrastructure projects
