Jako HR personální partner/ka budete vytvářet zaměstnancům pozitivní pracovní prostředí. Osvojíte si detailní pochopení HR programů, procesů a nástrojů. Budete úzce spolupracovat s manažery společnosti Amazon a nabízet jim důvěryhodné a jasné rady v oblasti lidských zdrojů. Od řešení složitých personalistických dotazů až po zdokonalování nových zásad a programů, budete mít zásadní vliv na fungování společnosti Amazon.

    Key job responsibilities
    - Nést odpovědnost za projekty a jejich realizaci a podílet se na plnění obchodních cílů.
    - Spolupracovat s klíčovými zúčastněnými stranami a koordinovat shromažďování dat a zavádění postupů.
    - Řešit problémy zaměstnanců na vyšších pozicích, včetně stížností, odvolání a složitých disciplinárních otázek.
    - Zajišťovat koučování a rozvoj pro kolegy z útvaru lidských zdrojů v rámci celého podniku.
    - V případě potřeby koordinovat spolupráci s radami zaměstnanců a odbory s cílem podporovat pozitivní vztahy se zaměstnanci.
    - Analyzovat interní data a vytvářet přehledy klíčových ukazatelů pro vedení na svém pracovišti.

    A day in the life
    Personální partneři se zapojují do široké škály různých projektů a spolupracují s různými zainteresovanými stranami, přičemž všichni mají jediný cíl: poskytnout zaměstnancům společnosti Amazon skvělé pracovní prostředí. Budete pracovat v některém z distribučních center Amazonu, na doručovací stanici nebo v třídicím centru. Pravidelně budete přijímat klíčová rozhodnutí založená na datech.
    Budete vést řadu různých projektů a podporovat vedoucí pracovníky při vytváření strategií a pravidelném hodnocení pracovníků. Vyhodnotíte naši pracovní kulturu z nového úhlu pohledu a budete vymýšlet nové způsoby, jak ji optimalizovat.
    Budete také podporovat nově příchozí kolegy v osvojování nových dovedností a pomáhat všem kolegům v profesním růstu. Ve společnosti Amazon budete mít spoustu příležitostí k rozvoji své kariéry.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    - Ukončené vysokoškolské vzdělání.
    - Odpovídající zkušenosti z práce v oblasti lidských zdrojů v mezinárodním, dynamickém prostředí orientovaném na zákazníky.
    - Zkušenosti s analýzou dat a využíváním neformálních podkladů k ovlivňování obchodních rozhodnutí.
    - Zkušenosti s komunikací se širokou škálou zúčastněných stran, včetně kolegů a vedení společnosti.
    - Pokročilá znalost angličtiny v ústním i písemném projevu.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    Doplňující kvalifikace nejsou podmínkou toho, abyste se mohli ucházet o pracovní pozici ve společnosti Amazon. Pokud splňujete všechny výše uvedené základní kvalifikace, budeme rádi, když se nám ozvete.

    - Zkušenosti s prací s MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) v profesním prostředí.
