Job Summary:


We are looking for a Managing Partner who will be responsible for cultivating new partnerships, managing existing relationships with home warranty companies and customers who are using appliance repair insurance, and overseeing projects that enhance our service offerings.

Your role will be crucial in shaping our business development strategies and executing projects that align with our company's goals.

As a Managing Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and growth of our organization.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement business strategies to forge strong relationships with home warranty companies and customers who are using home appliance insurance.
  • Manage all phases of project management, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Lead crossfunctional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Drive the continuous improvement of processes and services to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in business development, project management, or a similar role within the appliance repair or home services industry.
  • Strong understanding of the workings of home warranty companies and the home services market.
  • Established contacts within the appliance insurance industry and a demonstrated ability to cultivate partnerships and drive business growth.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

From $4,000.00 per month
