About the Role

Love the analytical rigor of consulting but looking for something more creative? Ogilvy Growth & Innovation seeks a highly motivated individual to join as a Consulting Partner.

What You'll Do
  • Lead projects across disciplines, managing scope, risks, and profitability.
  • Develop relationships with key client members, act as a trusted advisor.
  • Participate in all aspects of our work, from research to strategic recommendations.
  • Design big projects for brand strategies.
  • Manage project finances and deliverables.
  • Contribute to new business development.
  • Manage junior team members.
  • Participate in client presentations.
  • Contribute to practice management and capability development.
What You'll Need
  • 12+ years of strategy consulting experience.
  • Brand agency experience preferred.
  • Experience with PMOs.
  • Innovative and growth-oriented mindset.
  • Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Travel required.

Pay Range

- $100,000—$230,000 USD
