    Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a high volume, fast paced civil litigation environment providing litigation assistance and secretarial support.

    This person will support attorneys who practice corporate and commercial litigation law in both State and Federal courts, so to qualify candidates must have supported attorneys with similar practices.

    Daily tasks can vary, but general functions will include: formatting briefs, pleadings and other legal documents, entering attorney time and billing, e-filing legal documents, corresponding with clients, submitting expense reports, and calendaring.
