    Description

    Procopio is looking to add an experienced Legal Secretary to join our Litigation team in our downtown San Diego office.

    Ideal candidates are detail-oriented and responsive professionals who can work in a dynamic environment.

    They have a minimum of 7 years of experience in a high volume, fast paced civil litigation environment providing litigation assistance and secretarial support.

    This person will support attorneys who practice corporate and commercial litigation law in both State and Federal courts, so to qualify candidates must have supported attorneys with similar practices.

    Daily tasks can vary, but general functions will include:

    formatting briefs, pleadings and other legal documents, entering attorney time and billing, e-filing legal documents, corresponding with clients, submitting expense reports, and calendaring.

    Procopio offers generous total compensation packages. Typical pay range for this role is from $85,000 to $97,000 per year depending on experience. If your pay expectation is outside this range, we still encourage you to apply. Bonuses are awarded in recognition of individual and firm performance.

    Full-time employees can participate in our comprehensive benefit program includes: medical (HMO/PPO plans), dental (HMO/PPO plans), vision, including options for flexible spending/health savings accounts.
