- Assist in on-boarding new contract personnel.
- Resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Coordinate with Component Office customers.
- Provide for oversite of contract personnel.
- Provide monthly/adhoc reporting.
- Assist in setting up contract personnel travel & training.
- Assist in the implementation of program plans, schedules, budgets, and performance standards.
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the program, including technical, financial, and administrative tasks.
- Work closely with government-site company personnel to ensure that all program objectives are met and that the program remains on schedule and within budget.
- Act as the point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on program progress and identify and resolve any issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with all government regulations and contract requirements.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the latest innovation technologies and trends and identify opportunities for program growth and improvement.
- Monthly Status Reports: The contractor will provide monthly reports to the COR NLT the 5th of each month in a pre-agreed upon format.
- Adhoc Reports: The contractor will render reports on an adhoc basis.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited College or University/
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in base support management or a contract similar in scope and breadth to this solicitation.
- Must have and maintain Secret clearance required by this position.
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute or Certified Project Manager from the International Project Management Association) is desired.
- Extensive experience managing the operation, maintenance and repair, building alterations and all other operational components of a building is desired.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Demonstrated Proficiency in the MS Office suite.
- Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize business needs and issues.
- Follow-up, follow-through, and project management skill required.
- Extensive knowledge of federal and state safety regulations.
- Demonstrated strong time management, planning and project management skills.
- Proven ability to interface with all levels within an organization.
- Must be skilled in developing positive customer relations skills.

Essential functions require light to moderate physical exertion in lifting and carrying items weighing from 10 to 50 pounds with occasional lifting over 50 pounds with assistance. The position requires long periods of standing, stooping, climbing and working in areas of operating equipment. Work shall be performed throughout the buildings and some outside work may be required.
