    Pay Range:

    How you will spend your time as a Project Manager - SCIF Construction:

    Coordinate federal government construction projects from start to finish.
    Organize and oversee subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
    Collaborate with engineers, architects, and field operations.
    Negotiate contracts.
    Obtain permits and licenses.
    Oversee construction field operations, work quality expectations and schedule phases.
    Ensure compliance with safety standards.
    Assist in the maintenance of contract documents and electronic web-based documents.
    Maintain paperwork and documentation related to projects.
    Skills and experience we would like you to have as a Project Manager - SCIF Construction:

    5+ years of ground-up commercial construction experience.
    Experience on at least 2 SCIF projects.
    Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
    Valid driver's license.
    Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
