- Support senior team members in engaging with utilities and power companies to deliver power solutions from start to finish.
- Manage interactions with multiple utilities to ensure energy needs for Tract's growth are met.
- Evaluate utilities' capabilities to meet Tract's requirements for large capital projects.
- Lead technical teams, track project progress and finances, and identify/mitigate risks.
- Build business relationships to support Tract's success in key markets.
- Provide project status analysis for senior leaders.
- Develop and execute a power supply program for future business opportunities.
- Collaborate with Tract's Land Strategy team in engaging utilities in target markets.
- 3-5 years of energy project management experience in construction, operations, finance, or technical fields.
- Expertise in collaborating with stakeholders for infrastructure projects.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to stakeholders.
- Contracting and contract management experience.
- Familiarity with energy technologies like battery storage, microgrid, or wind/solar.
- Substation engineering or high voltage project management experience.
- Knowledge of electric utility development in regulated markets.
- Success in collaborating on energy infrastructure projects.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
- 5 years of energy experience can substitute for an engineering or economics degree.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to influence and work independently or in a team.
- Work location: Denver, Colorado
- Occasional travel may be required.
