I'm an effective and innovative educationist, instructional design professional, and consultant with a passion for education and technology and a persuasive communicator with a vision and the ability to develop relationships while implementing the future of educational technology.

I have extensive experience in instructional design, project management and learning and development over the last 12 in my roles as an Instructional Designer III, Curriculum Development Manager and Director of Instructional Design. I am also a subject matter expert in education, having developed numerous courses across several Education and Organization Leadership doctoral programs.  My mission is to enable excellence through the education, improvement and growth of people, performance and processes using a unified approach to coaching, teaching and improvement. 

Develop graduate courses in varied programs. Increased capacity by 40% through agile project management, resource management and capacity planning.
