    Description

    We are in search of an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The Project Manager will take charge of overseeing full client engagements, collaborating with our Workday Consulting team to transform intricate business challenges into actionable strategies and solutions. Our perfect candidate will possess exceptional communication and organizational abilities, along with the skill to handle a multitude of projects concurrently.

    Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and monitor a portfolio of projects for various clients by outlining goals and requirements, managing project schedules, budgeting, assigning resources, liaising with clients and third-parties, implementing contingency plans, and overseeing risk management.
    • Collaborate with the consulting team to document client deliverables, business procedures, and enhancement opportunities.
    • Assist the senior consulting team in crafting a strategic roadmap and advising clients on system and technology choices.
    • Lead change management activities with clients to ensure efficient delivery of outcomes within specified timeframes.
    • Spot client improvements for both existing and new features introduced through new Workday releases.

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • 3-5 years of Project Manager experience, preferably customer-facing within the tech or software field.
    • Prior experience in project finance or finance & accounting is desirable.
    • Excellent organizational skills; adept at multitasking and prioritizing tasks in a high-speed environment.
    • Proficient in problem-solving and troubleshooting, consistently achieving set objectives.
    • Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders, both internally and across diverse client bases.
    • Preferably hold an MBA, PMP certification, or other relevant advanced degrees/certifications.
    • Previous experience in consulting or analysis is a bonus.
