Chief Operations Officer

Turn around and transform a failing company. Assembling, developing, and leading the executive team to optimize production process. Establish a training program for development of a culture of lean within the whole organization. Create a culture of continuous improvement and transformation. Building a highly inclusive culture that ensures 120+ team members can thrive and that organizational goals are met. Identify and establish Key performance indicators to track operational excellence, efficiency, and profitability in a high-volume production environment.  Establish a lean and continuous improvement roadmap.  Decision making and problem solving with a financial mindset for budget control and growing profit margin.  Oversee the launch of new products including PPAP, DFMEA, and control plans. Monitor performance with tracking software and take corrective measures when necessary and prepare detailed updates and forecasts. Director of Production and Engineering

Provide leadership to entire manufacturing and production departments. Drive execution of lean and continuous improvement programs. Inspire department leaders to drive continuous improvement efforts that lead to accomplishing manufacturing excellence goals. Developed a standardized process to document customer requirements and process validation to ensure final product meets those requirements. Created SOPs and checklists to standardize design reviews.  Lead cross functional teams to create and optimize automation systems and fixtures used in manufacturing. Ensure manufacturing process are conducted in compliance with ISO and FDA standards. Lead product failure investigations and root cause analysis and document Corrective Action Plan and update FEMA and Master Control Plan. Created curriculum and trained production team in Kaizen and continuous improvement Principles.

Chief Executive Officer

Steer and direct volume production operations with full P&L responsibility. Establish operational policies and implement process improvements to ensure superior quality and outstanding output of custom molded parts. Directly manage seven supervisors overseeing 40+ exempt and non-exempt employees. Design and implement coaching and training programs to develop staff, facilitate efficiency, and improve performance. Provide leadership in managing projects and solving complex problems. Apply known lean and change management tools for operational excellence. . Ensure adherence to strict quality control procedures and regulatory compliance.    Oversaw ISO 9001 and FDA documentation, auditing, compliance, and certification. Engineering Project Manager

Provided consulting for large companies implementing new 3D CAD and PLM technologies. Developed best practices documentation and training. Consulting to emerging 3D CAD software platforms.  Develop training curriculum for design and engineering departments.
