- Implement and manage an effective licensing compliance program.
- Advise DOL and management team on the schools' compliance with licensing regulations through detailed reports.
- Regularly audit school's procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks.
- Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations.
- Ensure all employees are onboarded in accordance with licensing regulations and routinely educated on the latest regulations and processes.
- Work with DOL to develop training protocols and observe staff to ensure they are meeting the standards set by SEG Inc.
- Create compliance resource library for staff members to reference when they have questions.
- Provides on-going safety and compliance training to new and existing staff members.
- Completes regular classroom safety observations and facility safety and compliance audits.

SUMMARY:
In collaboration with SEG Director of Licensing (DOL) and Operations teams, the Licensing Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring that the early childhood operational practices maintain the highest quality of health and safety standards for children and staff.
The Licensing Compliance Officer is knowledgeable about state requirements and ensures that all programs operate in compliance with regulatory agencies within the designated regional jurisdiction.
Reporting to the Regional Director and Operations team, this position works to develop and implement operational health and safety monitoring systems that can be fully utilized to meet specifications established by regulatory guidelines.

Education administrators may be required to work more than 40 hours a week, often including school activities at night and on weekends.
