    Description

    Key responsibilities:

    • Asset Management o Assist senior members of Asset Management team with overall monitoring, surveillance, and management of existing portfolio positionso Review performance of financial asset transactions versus covenants and analyze trends within a transactiono Perform ongoing financial analysis and liquidity assessment of corporate investmentso Participate in borrower update calls and provide support during negotiations with borrowers for modifications and other requests from management teamso Produce quarterly cash flow models for individual transactionso Ensure timely receipt of reporting from borrowers and management teamso Participate in monthly Asset Management meetings with senior managemento Assist with documentation of amendments and other legal matters
    Workout Supporto Support senior members of Asset Management team on workouts, restructurings, liquidations, and other special situationso Participate in watchlist meetings and provide updates to senior staff regarding developments on problematic creditso Assist senior staff with complex litigation involving current or exited positionsCandidate Qualifications:

    • Advanced skillset in fundamental financial analysis and preparation of financial spreads
    • Experience reading and understanding legal documentation is a plus
    • High levels of ownership and drive, able to work independently
    • High integrity with sound judgment
    • Self-aware with desire to grow; seeks and responds to constructive feedback
    • 2+ years of experience at a financial consulting firm, commercial bank, or an investment firm with credit monitoring and workout experience.
