Position Overview

Oxford Properties Group is currently looking for a Full-Time Associate to join the Asset Management team in New York. This role will involve playing a crucial part in enhancing the performance and value of the commercial real estate portfolio across key U.S. markets.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth financial analyses independently, including cash flow projections, valuation models, and budget analyses to guide asset and portfolio decisions.
• Perform thorough market and property-level due diligence, which involves analyzing property financials, rent rolls, and third-party reports.
• Prepare submissions and presentations for investment committee meetings and engage with external stakeholders like joint venture partners, advisors, and lenders.
• Manage disposition processes, including compiling data rooms and conducting necessary analyses.
• Assist in developing and executing asset strategies to optimize portfolio performance and value.
• Support senior team members with various asset management projects, such as evaluating new lease proposals and monitoring asset performance.
• Contribute to strategic planning efforts by exploring new asset classes and market expansions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Real Estate, Finance, Investment Banking, or related fields.
• Prior experience in commercial real estate is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.); familiarity with ARGUS Enterprise software is a bonus.
• Strong research, financial modeling, analytical, and valuation skills.
• High-level understanding of key PSA, JV, and financing terms.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on writing and presentation capabilities.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative setting.
