Job Description:

Core Responsibilities:

Event planning from strategy and ideation to execution and postevent wrapup
Serve as an experiential activation client contact for select accounts
Contract and manage vendor relationships
Generate and adhere to program production budgets and timelines
Assist in the execution of client entertaining and editorial events as needed

Desired Skills + Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with minimum 23 years of eventrelated experience
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment, multitask, and prioritize responsibilities
Highly organized with great attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problemsolving skills
Comfortable with budgeting and sales reporting
Ability to work independently and within a team setting
Experience managing vendors
Experienced with G Suite, Excel, Keynote, PowerPoint

The expected base salary range for this position is from $66,000-$74,000.

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education.
