Strong leader, great work ethic, and passionate about work culture - I managed all aspects of people operations and employee experience improvement, including facility management, transitioning the office to hybrid work models after the pandemic, leading company- wide new hire orientation sessions, creating a variety of inclusive events for employees and all ERG’s,  and renegotiating vendor contracts to drive cost savings. As such, I am confident that my extensive experience in people operations and business administration will allow me to be a valuable asset.  

In a 15+ year career as a business operations, people management, and office administration leader, I have led the end-to-end planning and execution of business strategies and organizational change initiatives that have delivered operational excellence, improved customer and employee satisfaction, and driven multimillion-dollar revenue growth in diverse industries. 

Whether I'm working with employees or clients, I strongly believe that when they are treated with respect and dignity, anything is possible.
