We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-centric Associate Account Manager with expertise in costing within the swimwear industry to join our team.

As an Associate Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing licensed swimwear and select private label accounts while serving as a costing specialist.

Your strong customer service skills, extensive knowledge of swimwear costing, and ability to deliver exceptional experiences will be essential in maximizing the success of our partnership and new business ventures.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage a highSKU licensed and private label swimwear accounts, ensuring strong client relationships and exceptional customer service.
  • Optimize costing strategies to maintain profitability and competitive pricing.
  • Collaborate with design and production teams for efficient production and delivery of highvolume SKUs.
  • Conduct market research to identify costsaving opportunities and growth strategies.
  • Deliver accurate costing information and insights for informed decisionmaking.
  • Analyze sales data to drive revenue growth and cost optimization.
  • Uphold high customer service standards and address costingrelated concerns.
  • Organize tasks to ensure accurate costing and timely delivery.
  • Streamline costing processes and enhance customer experience through crossfunctional collaboration.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and provide recommendations for market positioning and cost competitiveness.

Requirements:


  • Minimum 5 years of account management experience in private label or licensed swimwear with a focus on costing.
  • Track record of exceptional customer service and maintaining client relationships.
  • Extensive knowledge of swimwear costing, materials, and pricing structures.
  • Strong communication skills for conveying complex costing information.
  • Experience managing high SKU counts with accuracy and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Excel and relevant software for data analysis and management.
  • Dedication to outstanding customer service and cost optimization.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Flexibility for travel to client meetings and trade shows.

Compensation/Benefits:

  • The approximate annual base salary range for this position is $75, $95, The offered salary or salary range for this position will vary based on role requirements, skill set and years of experience.
