About
The primary objective of the Global Brand Marketing Manager role is to oversee the management of our client's fragrance portfolio.
This includes handling product and program management, as well as contributing to all stages of development from concept creation to final delivery.
Additionally, this position will involve managing international programs and wholesale operations, while offering guidance and support to team members both within the company and external partners.
The ability to collaborate effectively and ensure the successful completion of programs is crucial for this role.Responsibilities
o Manage all aspects of product/promotional launches across International and Wholesale divisions
o Responsible for creation of retailer presentations.
o Partner with International counterpart on an on-going basis to adapt global strategy, calendar and support elements to ensure market relevancy.
o Work closely with the International team to ensure successful launch executiono Participate in Fragrance House (market trend) briefings and act as point of contact for development needs and market research support
o Recommend innovative sampling and event marketing initiatives to ensure brand growth
o Initiate, track, and manage updates for all new brand development
o Work with cross functional teams to develop Cost of Goods estimates for each product developed
o Submit request forms for all renderings, artwork, and photography
o Manage Licensor approval process and documents
o Create Marketing Book for all new product launches for brands
o Own the operational timelines and attend bi-weekly meetings, ensuring all key milestones are met
o Attend regular meetings with creative, packaging, finance, sales admin, PR as an active participant, ensuring program knowledge, good communication and adherence to program timetable
o Conduct seasonal competitive analysis on new launches & promotions
o Develop recommendations for product mix for gift sets based on competitive set, historical brand performance and cost of goods analysis
o Oversee GWP development; submit seasonal vendor briefs, internal approvals, collaborate with Operations team to issue POs in a timely fashion
o Work with license to create impactful seasonal imagery for all promotions (to be used In-Store for events, Catalogs, Blow-in's, Coop Advertising & PR)
o Act as global liaison with divisions to coordinate needs. Partner with key markets with timely follow up such as lab samples, photography and creative approvals
