    Ingram Micro Financial Services is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of SDE/BDE IMFS - Solution Development and Business Development Executive (SDE/BDE).

    This role encompasses both business development and solution development responsibilities, targeting reseller partners and end-customers in the technology market who can benefit from innovative IT finance strategies.


    The incumbent will be responsible for driving the growth of IT finance programs and sales by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.

    This includes establishing profitable and efficient interactions with Ingram Micro sales associates, reseller sales teams, and their customers.

    You will work closely with reseller senior management and their sales teams to deliver innovative strategies and consultation on how Ingram Micro Financial Services can transform their interactions with end-user customers.

    In addition to driving business development, you will also be responsible to obtain required underwriting information, structuring finance solutions, executing finance agreements, and working with inside sales, finance, legal, and underwriting teams.

    The role will include finance subject matter expertise in structuring solutions that will support the entire business development effort in the country such as contract administration, syndication preparation and packaging, financial service quoting and quote preparation, contract development, and playing a key role in the continuous development, implementation, operation, and sales management of our global financial product and service offerings.

    The role of SDE/BDE IMFS has a full reporting line into the Executive Director Global Business Development.

    The incumbent will work closely with the Global IMFS Business Development Executive based in the US, the Channel Finance business development team based in Canada, the IMFS SDE/BDE lead based in LATAM, and the Channel Finance teams in the US.

    As an expert in financing solutions and business development, these teams rely extensively on the financial expertise and experience of the candidate to achieve the yearly tactical and strategic business objectives.

    To this extend, it is a critical success factor that the incumbent is comfortable and experienced to work in a matrix environment as the IMFS organization of Ingram Micro works primarily in a collaborative manner with all the various teams (inside IMFS as well as withing the Ingram business development and Finance teams).

    This position is based in our Tampa, Florida office with the opportunity for a hybrid schedule.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Work collaboratively with all Channel Finance team members in the North America and LATAM regions.

    Identify and target resellers, such as Value Added Resellers, Systems Integrators, Independent Software Vendors, and Managed Service Providers, who can benefit from IT finance solutions.

    Grow a quality pipeline of sales opportunities and successfully close deals.
    Collaborate with Ingram Micro sales and market-specific management teams to provide finance and IT-centric solutions to complex sales opportunities.
    Develop relationships with key decision makers at new and existing Ingram Micro partners.
    Negotiate and influence senior management levels at resellers, reseller customers, and within Ingram Micro.
    Obtaining underwriting information, structuring finance solutions, and executing finance agreements.
    Serve as a finance subject matter expert in partner and end-user meetings, gathering necessary information to develop customized solutions.
    Administer contracts, prepare quotes, develop contracts, and manage ongoing portfolio management.
    Ensure proper internal deal compliance and credit qualification.


    Education and Experience:
    Bachelor's Degree preferred
    25+ years of IT lease/finance sales experience


    Qualifications:


    Extensive previous IT finance sales and related financial industry business development experience with a proven track record of exceeding goals.

    Strong network and relationships at the senior management level in the IT Finance and It channel market.
    Deep understanding of complex financial deal structures and the ability to sell them effectively.

    Mastery knowledge of finance and/or leasing industry best practices and how they can be applied to changing circumstances (FMV, Full Payout, Loans, Daas, AOR, Managed Services, etc.).

    Advanced networking, sales, and marketing skills, including meeting personal sales quotas in the IT equipment finance industry. Proven track record of exceeding financing volume sales targets.
    Executive-level presence and influence with client organizations.
    Ability to deliver oral presentations to C-level clientele or group audiences.
    International/global expertise and perspective preferred.
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking sales environment.
    Strong analytical skills to assess deal opportunities and prioritize effectively.

    Compensation:


    The Country lead IMFS will receive a combined structure of salary and incentives, tied directly to the achievement of assigned volume and profitability objectives, as well as the success of supported resellers.

    He/she is responsible for the overall regional target delivery.

    The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106, $181,100.00 per year.

    The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S.

    for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan.

    Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills.

    Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire.

    New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.


    At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives.

    These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
