Our client is the Stulz-Schriever Foundation Baden-Baden, one of the oldest institutions for children and adolescents in Baden and operator of a therapeutic children's and youth home.

Approximately 270 children, adolescents, and young adults are cared for through a comprehensive range of residential, outpatient, and therapeutic youth services.

We are pleased to support this facility with its approximately 300 employees.

As part of a succession plan, we are currently seeking a leader for the position of Commercial Managing Director (m/f/d) at the Baden-Baden location.

In this role, you will be responsible for both the commercial and administrative areas and have the opportunity to significantly shape and further develop them.

In this well-established facility, you will directly lead approximately 10 employees and, together with the pedagogical management, share overall responsibility.

You will also represent the facility externally.
