Your responsibilities:
- Managing appointments, preparing and following up on meetings, creating presentations, and preparing statistics
- Preparing various documents and distributing them to the appropriate recipients
- Communicating with internal and external contacts of the executive board and ensuring correspondence
- Planning and booking business trips for the extended board
- Providing guidance to the receptionist at the company headquarters
Our requirements for you:
- Completed commercial training or equivalent
- Several years of experience as an executive assistant or assistant to the board
- Proficient in using common MS Office applications (especially Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams, Sharepoint)
- Trustworthy personality with high social competence, initiative, and strong communication skills
