Your tasks
- General administrative tasks
- IT management maintenance of server landscape and further development of IT infrastructure
- Responsibility for implementation and operation of our hardware and software
- Consulting and support for our departments and employees
- Collaboration with external IT service provider
- Preparation of accounting (general and payroll)
- File management
- Various correspondence
- Coordination and organizational tasks
- In representation: general secretarial tasks, answering and forwarding phone calls, incoming and outgoing mail
Profile
- Completed commercial education or comparable qualification
- Solid knowledge or qualification in the IT field
- Good organizational skills
- Willingness to work in a team
- Innovative thinking and acting, commitment, creativity, and humor
- Positive communication skills
- We expect you to respect the Christian values of Hünenburg and support the goals and values of Diakonie
- Driver's license class B
