    Description

    The responsibility of the customer service representative is respond to our customer's needs and communicate those needs to the company's management team and service technicians. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience of over the phone customer service and dispatching for scheduled service appointments.

    Customer Service


    • A passion for customer retention and pro-active execution of company's customer retention plan.


    • Efficient and professional handling of customer calls for service orders or inquiries.


    • Performing all work activities in accordance with company policies and procedures in order to achieve and maintain customer loyalty.


    • Serve as a customer service leader within the company through a willingness to work cohesively with other departments and all individuals.

    Dispatch


    • Dispatch technicians and monitor their actual work hours into host-based system.


    • Provide administrative support to technicians and field management.


    • Track service vehicles via field force manager


    • Manage and follow through on unbilled work orders.


    • Accurate and timely preparation of bid proposals.

    Job Skills Required:


    • Pleasant, positive, professional attitude


    • Adept at building rapport with customers and have a customer-centric thought process


    • Capacity to deal with frequently-changing priorities


    • Temperament to handle stress effectively: remaining calm and focused in a hectic environment


    • Ability to multi-task


    • Excellent communication skills


    • Outstanding follow-up and follow-through abilities


    • Detail oriented


    • Superior computer skills


    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.


    • Knowledge of Field Force Manager, Ascente, and Traverse.
