The responsibility of the customer service representative is respond to our customers needs and communicate those needs to the companys management team and service technicians
*Customer Service Duties*
A passion for customer retention and pro-active execution of companys customer retention plan.
Efficient and professional handling of customer calls for service orders or inquiries.
Performing all work activities in accordance with company policies and procedures in order to achieve and maintain customer loyalty.
Serve as a customer service leader within the company through a willingness to work cohesively with other departments and all individuals.
*Dispatch Duties*
Dispatch technicians and monitor their actual work hours into host-based system.
Provide administrative support to technicians and field management.
Track service vehicles via field force manager
Manage and follow through on unbilled work orders.
Accurate and timely preparation of bid proposals.
