    Insight Global is looking for Customer Service Representatives to be part of a leading healthcare provider in Anaheim, CA. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be working in a lively call center environment, handling incoming calls from members. Your main tasks will involve addressing enrollment questions, scheduling appointments, and effectively managing customer concerns. This position requires on-site presence throughout the week.

    Location: Anaheim, CA 92805

    Duration: 6-month contract with potential for extensions or transition to full-time

    Interview Process: Typing evaluation and a single on-site interview

    Working Hours: All selected candidates must be available to work 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week with flexible start and end times. Shift placement will be determined by operational requirements.

    Once your shift is confirmed, it will remain consistent until your preferred schedule is open. Potential shifts include:

    • Monday-Friday – 7:45am - 9:00pm
    • Saturdays – 7:45am - 6:00pm
    • Sundays – 9:30am - 6:00pm

    Requirements:

    • 1-2 years of customer service/call center experience
    • High School diploma or GED
    • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
    • Adaptability, willingness to learn, and thrive in a fast-paced call center environment
    • Reliable with excellent communication abilities
    • Minimum typing speed of 36 WPM

    Preferred Skills:

    • Proficiency in Spanish, Vietnamese, and/or Chinese
