Description

Primary Responsibilities:

Receive work orders from customers, answer incoming calls, and provide written communication about the work orders to the appropriate recipients.

Prioritize work orders and dispatch accordingly.

Communicate with customers, store managers, vendors, and technicians.

Pass along pertinent information to the appropriate recipients as determined by the status of the work order

Provide the customer with job updates, completion notes, and completion photos.

Additional responsibilities as assigned.


Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED

Valid California Drivers License and reliable transportation.

Strong communication skills, verbal and written, required.

Ability to handle high volume of telephone calls and or work orders.

Strong organizational, time management skills, and high attention to detail


Preferred Qualifications:
At least 1 year of dispatching

Basic service and maintenance vocabulary


Pay:
Hourly range of $ $24.00

Compensation may vary depending on the individual's knowledge, skills, and experience
