- Contract Administration: Prepares and processes client proposals, contracts, and scope change/contract modification documents.
- Data Management: Enter project information in firm's project management system and ensures information is up-to-date throughout the duration of the project.
- Reporting and Budget: Monitor project budgets, expenses, and financial records; prepare reports as requested; advise project leadership of variances; and assist in cost control efforts.
- Billing - Assist with and supports monthly billing review/invoice cycle in conjunction with the Accounting Department.
- Project Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including correspondence, contracts, work plans, etc. Ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, and professional.
- 5+ years in an operational, analyst, or administrative support role in a professional services firm is required. Experience in architecture, engineering or construction is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering management, construction management or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Very comfortable learning and utilizing computer programs and software including project management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to review and analyze data, project information, and communications, and take steps needed to ensure project success.
- Ability to multitask, follow instructions, and effectively prioritize and meet multiple deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and organization.
