Job Description
  • During your internship, you will be involved in the conception and organization of personnel development measures.
  • You will take on responsibility and work on qualification projects together with the team.
  • You will also work creatively on the conception and creation of digital learning formats such as learning videos and WBTs.
  • You will create various documents and support our internal information platforms and channels such as community, playlists, and learning portal.
  • In addition, you will analyze new learning methods and digital learning formats and tools, develop them further with us, and help implement them.
  • Last but not least, you will support internal processes in competence and training management.
