    We are seeking a highly skilled Management Consultant to oversee all aspects of our software consulting business. This role combines strategic business management with technical expertise in mainframe technologies and debt file processing.

    Responsibilities:

    • Business Management Analyst:
      • Lead sales, accounting, payroll, HR, and contract management (prime, sub, and partnerships).
      • Project management, including scoping, cost estimation, and delivery.
    • Technical Expertise:
      • Develop software and conversion utilities for debt file processing.
      • Perform technical conversions and provide remote support for these utilities.
      • Troubleshoot and resolve mainframe issues related to debt file processing, including Input Management, Connect-Direct, CA ESP, and others.
      • Develop, test, and implement code changes to support new file types and agency transfers.

    Revised Qualifications: Mainframe Expertise

    • Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen (No exception)
    • Workload: Estimated at 879 hours per year. (3-years)
    • Period of Performance: 5/25/2024 to 5/26/2027
    • 10+ years of IBM Mainframe experience:
      • Programming languages: REXX, COBOL
      • Job Control Language (JCL)
      • Operating systems: TSO/E, ISPF/PDF (including JCL skeletons and file tailoring)
      • Scripting: Connect:Direct
    • 10+ years of CA Mainframe experience:
      • System tools: CA-View, CA-Deliver, CA-ESP (including job scheduling expertise)
      • Experience migrating code/script changes to UAT and production environments

    • Workload Automation: CA-7, ESP, CA-Jobtrac, CA-Scheduler, IBM TWS (OPC), ASG ZEKE, BMC Control-M
    • Tape Management: CA-1, CA-DYNAM/TLMS, IBM RMM, ASG ZARA, BMC Control-T
    • Report Management: CA-Bundl, CA-Deliver/CA-View (SAR/Express), CA-Dispatch, IBM CMOD (OnDemand), ASG Infopac/ViewDirect, RSD EOS (WSF/2), MANTISSA RMS, BMC Control-D
