To further enhance his skills and knowledge, Dervon recently returned to Hubspot Academy to become certified as a consultant in social media management, email marketing, and paid advertising. With this cutting-edge knowledge, he is now looking for work as a social manager, specialist, or strategist.

Dervon's career history includes working with top level executives from renowned companies like Hunter Douglas and RH, where he used his social media expertise to purchase commercial goods. 

But that's not all - Dervon's resume also includes being a finalist on HGTV's Design Star. As an interior designer, he wore many hats - including project management and monitoring project progress digitally and visually. Dervon took projects from conception to completion, always striving to turn a client's vision into a stunning, livable space.

Dervon is a former interior designer with a Bachelor's degree in Science in Interior Design, which he earned in 2004. However, he decided to transition his career and enrolled in two highly rated social media management schools simultaneously. This decision has given him an edge with two different approaches and ideologies to social media management. His previous knowledge of social media combined with this newfound knowledge has made him a certified consultant from Hubspot Academy and an expert status holder from Social Media United. With his years of experience aligned with this new knowledge, he is now a formidable force to be reckoned with in the industry.
