Whether standing up a new organization, transforming an existing one, or transitioning an organization, our clients need a management consultant who will take the time to learn the complexities of their mission and provide them with tangible advice on business process improvements, mission success, and standard methodologies.
That's why we need you, a consultant who can learn how to analyze every aspect of your customer's operations and give them the roadmap to becoming the organization they envision.
As a general management consultant on our team, you'll create an overall picture of your client's structure, day-to-day operations, and outcomes in a manner that they may not have thought of before.
On our team, you'll learn to use discussions and workshops with stakeholders and support staff to help identify the elements that work best in their environment and areas for improvement.
Once you have a thorough understanding of where and how the organization can improve, you'll review the path forward and the expected results with leadership and your clients.

- 4+ years of experience with organizational management, strategic planning and execution, communications, change management, or facilitation
- Experience working with senior executives
- Experience with planning and executing large tasks or projects, including executivelevel materials and management of events or workshops
- Ability to build strong working relationships and work diplomatically with others in various roles and levels
- Ability to manage multiple competing tasks, prioritize as necessary, and deliver highquality products, sometimes under tight deadlines
- Ability to craft and deliver a compelling, clear, and concise narrative to inform or influence action on key business decisions and major change initiatives
- Ability to execute administrative tasks, including tracking and organizing actions and facilitating meetings to support program productivity and effectiveness
- Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience working in a highly collaborative, teamoriented environment
- Experience with data analysis and visualization using Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
- Ability to develop presentations and work products using PowerPoint and Excel
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strategy, Change Management, Process Improvement, Communications, or Performance Management Certification
